Anyone want to roll the dice on an OM602 Turbo head?

I removed a bumper and the injectors from a '92 or '93 300D yesterday, maybe I could get the head if someone needs it, or if you're local to Charleston you could pull it yourself.

The cluster was already removed so no idea on the mileage, interior is blue and totally trashed and overgrown with mold and mildew. I suspect that something happened that took the car off the road, and then it sat in someone's yard for years and years and finally got towed to the junkyard.

Other clues: All the injectors still had the plastic seal around the base to keep dirt etc. from getting between injector and pre-chamber. I suspect that the injectors are original. All of the business side of the injectors looked good, all had an even amount of typical carbon build-up. The injection pump was gone, looked like someone beat me to that. However, the steel injection lines and intake manifold were scattered about, lines in the back seat along with junk from some other gasser (bunch of ignition wires). All the intake manifold bits between turbo and head were at the back of the car, like they'd been in the trunk and some knucklehead just tossed them on the ground as they rifled through the trunk.

So it's a crapshoot, might be a bad head that killed the car, might be something else like a bad trans, maybe the turbo died and the PO just gave up, who knows.

I was also interested in the right front fender with the shark gill intake, but there's some nasty damage to the fender lip like the front wheel fell off at some point and got pushed up into the lip, it's a bit mangled and looks like someone used a pair of pliers to bend the lip out and sorta straight.

There's the catch, it would take me several hours of labor to get the head off and do that.
