How's my, uh, flow looking?

Just rebuilt my lift pump. Scored a cheap rebuild kit, had a few hours to tinker and figured why not never have to do this again?

This is the fuel flow from the cigar hose:

Before taking this video, I also changed both fuel filters.
How does it look? Light, heavy, normal?
I have no basis for comparison.

Edit: MW pump, 616 original lift pump (weaker spring).
