Canadian source for W123/107 CV axles
NAPA sell the Altrom brand in Canada. Their site says C$189. In searching around, found them for less. Best so far is this one:
https://www.thewrenchmonkey.ca/products/auto-parts/altrom/0651401/ C$104 and free shipping is still a bit more than the Rok Otto Heri brand at C$58 plus shipping. Care needed with shipping method so as to avoid brokerage charges etc. Some reports on Heri brand not so good. Not sure about Altrom Ultra 8. Some bad press on those too. In the end, maybe stretch boots over existing joints or split boots like these Italian ones, may be a better option? It appears to me that a lot of the "economy" axles rolled off the same Chinese assembly line with a variety of brand names attached. Paying more doesn't necessarily get you a better axle.
