Nut size for differential pinion 300d
 

Do anyone know the twelve point socket size for the differential pinion nut on the w123 300d?

Mesalm its on the forum .But a quick way to find it is google this-

Rear End Pinion Seal 1984 300 SD

It will be the first in the search when it opens up.
You need to be very careful doing this or you can squash the crush tube .The you will need to strip it down .

I count find it here on this forum with a word search prior to making my post.

I know his has come up...

30mm I think.

Same size as trans yoke nut.
