Was doing some cleaning yesterday, which included the cars. Thought a photo while they are all clean at the same time was in order.

That's an impressive collection! Thanks for sharing!

Living the dream.

Quite a fleet. The Euro lights on the wagon give it a much sleeker face. I need to get those for my 300D's. I read that the U.S. headlights were a kludgy retrofit to meet U.S. laws.

Awesome! Love the palette of colors.

I agree with the previous replies, your vehicles look great.
Which is your favorite, and is any of them your daily driver?

Thanks guys, I drive the wagon and coupe the most. Just did 4k mile road trip in the wagon, NY to CO and back. The brown Unimog is the only one I have with plates on, and drive it at least a few times I week. The gold sedan I just finished and will be selling, as we just don't have a need for it. Right now its just my wife and I and we have 5 vehicles on the road.

It is nice to have one of each body style (D, CD, TD). I too have at least one of each, and they each drive differently. You may not believe it, but the difference in the way they each drive/handle is measurable. Also, the different amount of glass (and it's location) makes for a different driving experience (visibility).

Von- now you have to add a 240 to the mix. Then you will know how different they really are!

Rich, I need to down size, not add more! We are looking to relocate out of NY and move west, so many things will have to go. I still own my first car that I got when I was 15. (now 59) A 59' Austin Healey 100-6. Never had the heart to sell it, but now will be letting it go. Haven't driven it in over 25 years.

That is a sexy wagon

Great collection! Thanks for sharing. Too bad you can't take them all with you and have to downsize.

Beautiful collection. Love it!

Well one down, sold the gold 300D yesterday after posting a ad on Craig's list the day before! Sold for as much if not more than I would have gotten on BAT!

tdoublenastywitit 07-29-2018 10:26 AM

How come some euro headlights look pretty clear flat and reflective like that and some don't? Are those just 100% clean inside and out?

Lol sorry it's hard to explain what I'm saying
