Question E320 Bluetec Fuel Hose

My 2008 E320 Bluetec started a small fuel leakage at the fuel filter from the rubber hose, the one from fuel pump.
That hose has a special shape to travel from pump to the filter.
I looked online but could not find that particular hose, unless I am not knowing how to search.
If someone know where to find this, please let me know.
Will any other fuel rubber hose work properly there?
Also, how difficult would be to remove and install a new hose there?
Thanks.

The part numbers for the hoses attached to the filter are:

642 078 12 81

and

642 070 02 81

Good, easy to replace but I would suggest purchasing correct pliers to separate/attach the clamps that you will be dealing with.

I have the plier but it seems to be a kind of complicated to remove and install the hoses under the (air intake?) pipe crossing on top of the hose.
Also there are a plastic covering the hose between fuel filer and fuel pump.
On my car that specific fuel line is leaking on top of the filter where it connects to the fuel filter.
Any suggestion in how to do remove and install that hose?
Thanks.
