W116 fuel tank in W123
Is it possible to upgrade the w123 fuel tank to bigger one? I think I have a 65L and I want a 80L

You don't really have to worry about that though because Mercedes fitted a 80 litre tank to the turbo diesel 300D (US specification for example). The MB part number is 1234703901

Note there's a difference between diesel and petrol tanks - probably best to stick with diesel stuff in your case

80L tanks were definitely an option for probably any W123. But have to agree, a W116 tank probably won't fit in a 123...well not in the same place anyway....
