What he is saying is all true. There where lots of errors on both sides. I fully take my share of the blame for that. As I stated I also went through some stuff, getting divorced, and moving. etc etc. It's true that I had made payments after the deposit, and then ran into several issues when I thought I would have the cash on hand, one being not getting paid for a car plus the expense of moving fairly suddenly. Our last emails and phone calls happened a few month ago about the same time my ex informed me I had to shut down the last joint account we had which was the paypal I had been using to pay Meaning I lost all recourse. At the time the trans was going to be shipped out within a week or 2, then I guess as fate would have it their where issues on his end. All in all this seems like a lot of bad time and luck on both sides.
But he has really stepped up and shown me wrong and for that I'm glad. Like I said, I have no hard feelings whatsoever, and this thread was left up with his knowledge since people had already commented on it and I wanted them to see outcome.

I built a crate last night it's ready to go. All 190 lbs of it. Freight shipping terminal is closed till Wednesday the 26 when it will ship. I'd post a pic but my phone isn't playing nice with this forum. I'll have to get on my desk top. My parts usually ship within a couple days, please don't think this is my normal business model.
