Diesel Giant used to have a decent troubleshooting tutorial. Go through that and let us know what happened.

Where are you in South Carolina? I'm in Charleston area, there are a couple members in Columbia, and one or more in Greenville area.

Did you remove the fuse from the relay, and flex it just a bit to make sure it's not cracked? The fuse can develop a fine crack that looks good to the eye but won't pass current. When you remove it and just bend it a little, it may crumble.

If you've got power to the relay fuse, but no power to the plugs, and the fuse is good, then you need a new relay.

I would recommend verifying the presence of voltage from the start switch to the timer before jumping to that conclusion.

Square Glow Plug Connector, what wires go to it.

#1 Red Wire with White Stripe, Run Start Input
#2 Violet (Purple) Connects to the Starter Solenoid Wire (On Turbo Models at the Terminal Block in front of the Battery) allows Glow Plugs to be on during cranking.
#3 Blue Wire with White Stripe, Goes to the Glow Plug Light. The Voltage comes from the Relay through the Light and to a Ground.
#4 Brown Wire, Goes to ground.
