Specifically part #MB 6150700632
It runs between the injection pump and the throttle butterfly housing on my W115. Mine snapped off from age. I think I can reuse the fittings but am unsure of what hose would be suitable.

If it is the one that goes from the Butterfly Housing to the rear of the Fuel Injection Pump (that is the pneumatic governor) it is actually a vacuum line (vacuum due to the venturi).
Vacuum hose that will fit on the nipples (likely with a clamp) as well as fuel hose would work.

If you can't come up with anything else, take the fittings and measure the required length and head off to your local Parker-Hannifin of Swagelok dealer (any town of any size will have one). They can make up something that will do the job and look good doing it.

I'm not familiar with this particular piece but the Parker/Swagelok folks can make virtually ANYTHING with a hose in the middle.
