What is the procedure to release the ecm for removal.
I can't figure how to release the catche that hold it in place.

Squeeze and lift from the wire side the other side is hinged but releases when at 90 degrees.

Thank you for the response.

I have the cable released, but I can't raise it up high enough to unhinge from the ECM. Therefore I Need to pull the ECM from its bracket so I can get the cable from the ECM..
I found from researching the internet that it might require a special tool to release the ECM. Is that the case here?
