That is the biggest POS I’ve ever laid eyes on. It needs to be crushed to never see another day or another set of eyes. I’m at a loss for words as well.

I know, right? If you remove the right fender to repair the radiator overflow tube, you should replace it.

Hmm, I sure thought it was a W123, but I could well be wrong. If it is a W126...that's even more sacrilege. Just put it out of its misery already.

That is pretty cool in a mad-max kind of way....they just seem to find themselves in those scenarios....like the W123 in this scene:

I love how whoever decided to put a W123 in this movie definitely felt it was worthy of it. It was no coincidence.

I love the stupidity of some commenters here. So a car that obviously runs and drives fine should be crushed because it's not pretty and perfect. You know how many of these cars (well maybe not 123 or 126) get parked to be "restored" and taken partially apart only to be cast aside and forgotten to rot in some idiots yard/driveway/garage because it wasn't pretty enough. You obviously don't know the greatness of having a car that works and you have zero worries about scratching it or some ******* tailgating you or trying to stuff himself in front of you in traffic after wizzing up the turn lane.

OH THE HORROR!!

Clearly most of the comments here were only intended to be taken in jest.
Surely that went right over your head

No not at all. Some of them are dead serious. And judging by thier vehicle list they are the exact reason why Mercedes owners are my favorite and least favorite people on the road. You know, if you see another Mercedes on the road and it's pre-chrysler, or really pre 124 and 126 in many cases, if the owner sees you, you probably go out of you way to at least acknowledge each other in some way. If it's not they don't even notice you are in a Mercedes and just cut you off while yelling at someone on the phone. The op was not joking. Now the a w126 worth owning comment. That's ****ing funny. Cause it's true
