Moderator Approval?

Hi,

I have a quick question regarding this forum. I posted a topic a few days ago titled "Steering Wheel Frozen/Power Steering Pump Fail???", a handful of you have responded (thank you) and have asked for more details. I responded at length yesterday but it says that it needs to be approved by a moderator first. I'm assuming it's because I'm new and have very few posts. Does that sound right? If so, can anyone tell how long this process usually takes and also how many posts I need to make before I stop needing to have every post approved by a moderator? I understand that rules are rules so I'm willing to wait but it just makes it a little difficult to have an ongoing discussion regarding my initial post if my posts take days to appear. Thanks!

Also, no disrespect to the moderator, just wondering. Ha ha!

There are twenty-four posts on this thread, the last of which is dated today.

Do you see these?

On the "Steering Wheel Frozen/Power Steering Pump Fail???" thread? Yeah, I can see that there are 24 responses and I can read them but I responded to it and mine hasn't popped up yet because it needs to be approved. This one popped up though without needing to be approved though for some reason. I just don't want the people who have asked specific questions on the other post to think that I didn't respond. Oh well, just wondering how the "awaiting moderator approval" process worked.

Forget it, it looks like my response on the other thread just popped up. Thanks!
