Source for Mercedes Seat Pads?

Is there a source for the original Mercedes coconut fiber and foam seat padding? It seems that most DIY articles and videos show people using whatever foam padding they can find. It would be nice to replace the original seat padding with something more original if I can find a source.

I bought a set of four pads for my 1978 SL from World Upholstery & Trim, World Upholstery & Trim, American Manufacturer of Car/Auto Upholstery, Carpet, Convertible Tops, Car Seats, Headliners & Door Panel Parts for Classic European Cars like Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Jaguar, Fiat, Ferrari and Alfa Romeo. They are made of foam impregnated "horsehair" and are very nicely done. Pricey though at $1000 for a set of 4. Worth it in my opinion, most excellent support and I will never need to do it again!

I picked up a NOS seat back and seat base on ebay a while back. Haven't got around to installing it. Not sure if one would be better off taking a seat to an upholstery shop and having a modern foam base custom made instead of using the original pad. I think the springs in my seat base are shot which makes for a crummy ride. My seat is extra bouncy and easily collapsible.

I kind of wish I could get some of this material to reupholster my art deco office chair. I already refoamed it with dense foam, but it's still much too soft. The cheap auto upholstery shop vinyl I used is also crumbling away to nothing. I might use MB-Tex this time...

World Upholstry and Trim says that the seat pads are not avialable for the coupe, only avaible for the sedan. I am wondering what the difference would be?

I've seen new seat pads on E-Bay that looked like the coconut fiber, who knows though .
