Where to find a 4 speed Workshop Manual?

Good Morning all, I am in the process of replacing the rear output seal on a W115 / Early W123 4 speed. I need to know what torque to apply to the output flange nut.

I have looked at the Startek manuals for early W123 240D models and there is no transmission section.

Does anyone know where to find a Workshop manual or the torque for the output nut?

Thanks!
