Please help OM616.934 urgent
 

I have a om616.934 right now that I’m working on - what are the valve specs?

I don’t think it’s the regular 240d specs as it has more horsepower.

1981 207D Mercedes with a om616 engine

Best I can tell COLD
0.10 mm intake...
0.30mm exhaust.
Rotate the valve so that the clearance is set at the tightest spot in rotation of the valve. Rotate a valve with a feeler gauge inserted and you'll observe that there are tighter and looser spots. Set the clearance on the tight spot. Looser is better.
