Mine is. Look in my build thread for details. However, mine is water (in my case, ice water) to air and that probably isn't practical for a daily driver. It lowers intake manifold temp considerably but has little effect on EGTs as the exhaust gas temp is a result of what happens in the combustion chamber which is not very affected by the temp of the incoming air. (Power output is impacted but the combustion chamber temp seems to remain pretty constant.) I did one run last year w/o intercooler (no ice water in the system and I didn't turn the pump on) and while Mutt slowed down the EGTs were not changed any amount that I could measure.
