Om617 NA First Start
 

Hello, a lot of you probably have seen my thread "Picked up a beautiful Euro 300d from its original owner" and I have been "restoring" the car for the past year or so. I made it to a solid milestone today and I was able to fire up the engine for the first time after it being rebuilt (poor mans.)

It seems like not many people want to sift through so many pages in my original thread and few of you will notice my recent update in it so I thought I'd just post a few pictures and a video of the engine starting in this separate thread, not even to show off but just because I know how so many of us love these cars. I just figured it'd get buried in my old thread but anyways here is the video:

Now just have to reinstall the driveshaft and flex discs and then drop the engine and transmission back in:
