How's the idle if you adjust it a bit?

The champagne TD stumbles for about 20 seconds at cold start. It did that the first time I went to look at it. I found 1 glow plug was bad so I changed it and reamed all the glow plugs but it didn’t go away.

If I had some new heat shields I would swap the rebuilt injectors on the CD to the TD and see how it runs, but I don’t.
