Help! 1996 E300

My wiring harness seems to be bad in the engine bay and I am not getting power to the shutoff on the injection pump. I am trying to run a Hotwire to the shutoff but can’t find a wiring diagram to figure out which of the 4 pins needs power. I have checked the k40 relay, the 10 amp fuse is not getting power with the key on. I am looking into getting the updated wiring harness but need a quick fix for the time being. I saw on here that someone said they ran a wire from that 10 amp fuse to the shutoff, just need some help with the diagram.

I rebuilt my engine wiring harness. It took maybe 4 hours. Been a while.
If you decide to go this route you'll need some shrink tubing. Of course new wire. Rosen and rosen core solder. Soldering iron at least 60 watt. Wire loom. Wire stripper. Heat gun to heat the shrink wrap. Some guys use a lighter.
Mark the harness locations so there's won't be any confusion later.
Now the important part. Do one wire at a time. Cut the wire close to the connector but long enough to solder to the new wire. Be sure to slide some shrink wrap over the wire but no where near where you'll be soldering. Strip the wire close to the connector and strip the new wire. Twist the stripped exposed wires together. Apply Rosen and heat with soldering iron. You can now solder the connection. Try not to apply to much solder. Once the soldered joint has cooled slip the shrink wrap over the connection up to the connector and use heat gun to shrink the shrink wrap. The shrink wrap should be about an inch either side of the connection.
Stretch out the cut wire while using the new wire to mimic the original wire till you find where the other end of the wire is connected. Allow a little excess wire for the connection. Slip the shrink wrap over the new wire. Strip the new wire and the wire coming out of the connector. Twist, rosen, solder, and shrink wrap as described above.
Now do the same for all the other wires. Remember to only do one wire at a time.
This is how I rebuilt my engine wiring harness on my 95 e300 and no problems in 6 years.
Just take it one step at a time and you'll soon be finished.
Reattach the engine wiring harness and see if the fuel cutoff works.
Total cost of materials around 30 bucks.
