I saw this one a couple weeks ago, it has very high miles (over 400k I think) and was a bit rusty, but complete at the time.

Post TD In Fairfield Junkyard

? Anyone up there want to go fetch me two small parts ? .

The tailgate hatch has wedges on each side, I need them .

Or, anyone reading this who has them, give me a buzz .

TIA,

I think I have about 25 Blowers I dragged home from PNP. Use a Drill Battery

and some test leads to see if they work. If it lifts me off the ground, I buy it...LOL
Thank You for the offer.

I think you are in southern Ca.? Iam in NV. south of Carson City.

Thats good to hear the URO works so good.

There were some threads probably 10 yrs back about using an electric
motor for a Volvo or something like that, that fit into the MB housing and
squirrel Cage. Think it was Squiggle Dog or JimmyL that was doing it. Too
long ago.

This car is in nice shape.
Gold exterior, palomino interior.
Interior is nice- Good.
Engine has 275K miles. Looks like it has just sat idle outside since engine compartment has spiderwebs. Has that funky larger AC pump.
Interior is clean.
No radio.
ignition key under driver rug.
All body panels/doors good except the driver side front fender. Hood good.
Front lights good. etc...

Has the KLIMA unit w aluminum body.

Thumbs up

O.K. Charlie ;

I installed the Uro blower to - day and twice I heard noises when starting the car so we'll see if I managed to screw up that dead easy job....

I hate to toss things out that might possibly have use someday but I think I'll soon bin the box full of blowers I have, I too was field testing them and deep servicing the ones that worked...

1979 Mercedes 300TD (W123) - $21,500 (Los Angeles (West LA))

For that price, everything should work, and be as new condition or better.
But this guy has his head in the clouds.

I should have put this in the CL Alert thread.

That is. Often they'll sell a car that nice whole.

That yard is 68 miles from me. Tempting.
