Free OM617 Turbo Block
 

Hi Guys, like the title says I have a om617 turbo diesel engine block that I would like to give away. I pulled the engine from a 1981 300SD just for the crankshaft for my rebuild. Once I had the crankshaft out I decided to strip the whole engine.

Im sure I would have a very hard time selling this and shop space is limited at the moment. I would rather give it away then let it sit outside and collect rust.

I have attached some photos of the block the way it sits now. I will most likely be removing the piston squirters and the IP drive
