A Tesla might beat you, but when electricity goes down after the zombie apocalypse, they can't recharge, while you can scavenge veggie oil or motor oil and keep on rattling down the road. Ditto for high-winds power cut-offs in CA.

I’ll take a P90D out on the same patch of road and report back, I’m thinking it’s quicker, a lot quicker...

I ran down a P90D in the curves of the 110 just this morning. All that potential speed does you no good if you don't bother to use it.

That's the thing that actually makes driving the 240D fun. I can wring every bit of performance out of that car and never have to worry about my right foot landing me in jail.
