I have had two like this that squealed and had to be turned back and forth half a turn at a time and over two hours to get one out, rolled on a flat surface they both had a slight bow in them.

I have all the tooling for drilling out a stuck OM606 glow plug available for rental...
A German made drill kit with the proper sized bits
The proper reaming tool
A Time-Sert kit with the correct inserts to repair the threads afterward
And an OM606 injector socket so you can remove your injectors while you are in there and have them rebuilt
