Hi All,

On my 1984 Mercedes 300D when I was replacing some of the air filter rubber mounts, I broke the breather hose and then got it stuck in the air filter housing. Right now, I have a new breather hose (see below), but I need the rubber grommet that connects it to the air filter housing. Can anyone tell me the part number for the rubber grommet?

MB Part Number 000 094 16 60.

It is an elusive part number not listed in EPC.

Unfortunately listed as NLA at the online dealership parts departments, and also listed as NLA at this forum sponsor's parts catalog (at the very top of every forum page).

Best bet is to pull one from a used air cleaner at the junkyard, or get one from a foum member (like me )

Being made of EDPM, the grommets tend to remain remarkably pliable even after 35 years.
