Does anyone have the part number/model number for the trunk mounted CD player for this car?

002 820 42 89 is listed in the FSM for the 1994 model.

I don't know if it was the same in 1995, my car doesn't have one.

rog-o: Thanks much. I had been to my local Mercedes dealer earlier in the week but their parts data did not list a number for the CD player either in the radio diagram or as an option in the parts listing.

Is the FSM on line or is this a CD?

I have the CD where I initially found it.

I did not see a factory service manual on CD that covered the E300D when I searched online. Where did you get yours?
