Well it’s a no go. I was really hopeful it would kill the engine quick. I put the fuel cut off in the line from the bottom of fuel filter to ip. I had a spare line to cut up.
It kills the engine but it is a slow 10 second kill with lots of shaking and fighting to stay alive. Lol.
The only positive is it starts right up afterward. If it didn’t shake so bad shutting down it would be a good solution. I would a normally open valve instead though in case the valve loses power and just wore a push button switch to shut it down.
I took some pictures of the shutoff valve in line. It fits pretty good nestled in there. I can’t upload on my phone. Thanks for the help. Looks like I’ll be replacing the vacuum box on ip sometime.
