How to test MAP/MAF sensor

The WIS I have is not showing how to test the MAP and MAF sensors. This is a pretty critical piece of data to work on vehicles. Does someone know how to do this and/or what the resistance should be between the pins? I searched for Bosch too and came up empty.

Accordingly to the diagnostics, the Boost pressure, Atmospheric pressure and Intake Air pressure should all be within 30 hPa. I measured mine, they are below

boost- 976
atmospheric -990
intake air- 790

I bought a new map pressure sensor and the same readings were thrown for both. I am thinking of replacing the MAF. I am throwing a e2025 B28/5 which is the signal voltage too high. I have noticed my MPG is significantly lower at 26-27 highway and it has a sluggishness.

It's possible the new Bosch sensor I purchased is bad, but I doubt that is the case. Is there any other sensor that would cause the intake to be lower? Can someone read their's and report back?
