w123 300D transmission removal from engine

Hey everyone... been a long time.

I'm mating my best engine and tranny to create one car (I have 5 cars)...

I just pulled two engines & trannys from 300Ds. I removed the tranny from one of the engines. I cannot get the tranny off the other engine. The housings are about 3/4" apart... but, I cannot get the tranny off. I am being gentle... should I go full brutal on it?

thanks

dennis

Got it! Just needed to embarrass myself first!!!

thanks

must be a fastener you cannot see. Don't go full brutal or you'll brake the bell or adapter.
