Steering Coupler Bolt Part Number
 

Does anybody know the Mercedes part number for the two steering coupler bolts on a 300CD? The bolts on my car got a little buggered on removal. The bolts are M8 X 1.25 X 28 mm socket head and they are the 10.8 grade with an odd shoulder spacing. A bit difficult to find anything quite like them and I am thinking Mercedes might still carry them.

You can find these bolts at a hardware store's bulk bolt section at the correct grade or higher.

Had to do the same for my car.

Replacement part number: 202 990 21 01 (quantity 002)
