w123 300TD rear wiper leak

My w123 300TD is leaking rain water at the rear hatch where the wiper goes through the window. I'm trying to figure out whether replacement seal(s) are still available for purchase but am having trouble finding them and/or identifying them correctly.

There's this "firewall grommet" listed on this site, but it's unclear if it is meant for this application:

I don't think that is the correct part, but not positive. Call the MB classic center and find out if it's still available
