Sounds like its nailing. Bad injector imo

sorry but im talking about the engine hesitation during startup
can injectors do that ? i know my injectors are nailing but i dont know if that has a relation with that because after few seconds the engine runs fine and also if i put my foot on the accelerator pedal the cars starts fine with no hesitations at all look between 0:02 and 0:04 in the video

Air in the fuel lines will sure cause it. Worn out leaking injectors will sure cause it. Your low idle speed will sure cause it.
Fix any air leaks in your fuel system, have your injectors rebuilt with new nozzles and shimmed to the correct pop pressure, and fix your idle speed. The low idle isn't helping matters.

Get your multimeter out and Check that your glow plugs are getting power. Your engine sounds like its running sans glow plugs.
