Mercedes w201D falling apart on start

OK. This is a problem that is going on for some time . But now it seem to intensify but still it is a problem that occur only sometimes so I cant go to mechanic if it is not something that I can show him as problem.
Mainly, it shows as twitching of car when I start driving (in 1st gear) on low throttle and I have a feeling that it is going to tear differential and shaft apart. Is stops as soon I give more throttle or change into 2nd gear. Sometimes I think it is clutch assembly turning empty but I changed clutch assembly recently. Engine and gearbox holders (carriers) were also replaced, and the two rubber disks on shaft , according to mechanic, are ok and dont need to be replaced. He thinks that it is maybe, a bearing inside gearbox that is worn out, or flywheel is perhaps somehow not straight... Again, it is something that only shows periodically, and I can not find connection to anything. Anybody had the same problem?
