Hello. ON the back of the headlight bucket are four 13mm plastic screws- the two long ones are for headlight adjustment I believe.

What are the other two 13mm plastic screws for?

Those are the thumbscrews that hold the assembly (bucket) in place.

Two are for headlight aiming; two are for foglight aiming.

Sorry Frank. I misread and thought you were speaking of the big white plastic nuts.
