Mercedes Logo Jacket Patches and Crushwasher Assortment from eBay
I had ordered a Fuel Pressure Relief/Overflow Valve (Bosch, cost including shipping $27 from Greece) from eBay and then remembered I was going to need new Crush Washers as the stock washers are generally aluminum.
So In eBay I looked up and fund a metric crush washer assortment for less then $10 that included the shipping (14mm down to 6mm total of 200 each from China). Having the crush washers is going to be a good future convince. Then I thought it might be nice to have some Mercedes Logo Patches (3 inch in diameter) and found some that were $2.50 each (came from Thailand). The seller added a strip patch for free. I intended to put the patches on some baseball hats but 3 inches in diameter is a little large for that. The Patches are supposed to be iron on. I intended to sew them on but unlike some patches I have seen these patches seem to have a lot of adhesive on them so I am guessing they are going to Iron OK. Well I have a picture I am trying to attach but it does not seem to be working as it should.

Curious why you chose the unserviceable valve?

I.P. Pressure Relief Valve
Because the old typ is no longer available .
I tried to give away many of them, no one wanted them so they're in my scrap pile now . All they need is the improved spring from Greezer and you're good to go . Stretching the old spring is a waste of time, it won't last very long .

I looked for my receipt but couldn't locate it but I believe this is the one I had installed several years ago.
https://www.amazon.com/ADJUSTABLE-Overflow-Cummins-Diesel-94-98-5/dp/B00D2C1UIO The avantage being it is adjustable without removal. I set mine at 20 psi. You should double check to make certain that is the correct one but sure looks like the one I installed.

The new unserviceable valve could be good for 30 years.
I also know 2 ways to remove the ball bearing if I needed to do that and I also will have 2 used valves to play with if I choose to do that.

I was not interested in taking the time to find a ball bearing to replace it and also there could be an issue with the seating area inside of the valve body.

Also when I was looking there was people selling the cummins valves for $10. Anyway I chose the path I did. If the new valve lasts 30 years I will be close to 90 years old when the valve is no good. I am sure my Car will be gone by them and I might not make it to that age either.

I am not sure having a higher pressure then stock Fuel Pressure Relief/Overflow Valve offers any benefits to a stock setup Fuel Injection Pump.
If your valve is not working and causing a problem and you replace it with either a higher pressure one or a stock one you are going to see improvement. But, you would have to replace it with a new stock valve and drive it and then change to the higher pressure valve to tell if there is any obvious difference.
