You are going about it the wrong way. You are supposed to get a southern car and and bring it back to the north as I always do.

That car with that much mileage must have hidden rust which will show up soon in humid FL.

You are in FL so look for a FL car.

Oops. I read it wrong. That's the way its supposed to be done: south to north.

I only bought one car in FL but it is still beautiful, a '66 Plymouth Valiant. I bought 2 MB in TX and one in NC. I drove them all home with my wife following with no trouble. Happy with all.

I passed up on it. When it came down to it, thinking about how much time and expense it would be to bring home, I dont know if it was worth it.

If the guy does not sell it, he will let me know.

But thanks for all the suggestions guys!

I fall into the "fly down, drive back" crowd. I paid for a friend to fly down to Salt Lake with me and drive back to Seattle. We spent a night in Sun Valley on the way home just for the fun of it. Since we stayed at his parents condo in SV it was cheaper for me to fly him down than to get a hotel for the night.

Oh, and we had a bet that the person who got stripped searched would have to buy the other lunch. We flew Southwest and so walk up to the gate at boarding time and they look at our boarding pass and we were both called out for addtional searches. We had both planed for it and had bags that only had a change of clothes and nothing else.

It was on ebay, item number 1835734421

He is going to email me if the high bidder does not take it, but it looks like he is.
