After I replaced all the glowplugs the transmission start to shift very bad and roughly maybe I didn't connect in right way all the vacuum system. Please anybody can help me with this?

When you pulled the intake manifold off, there are two vacuum lines that attach to the actuators for the plenum flaps. You have to make sure those get back on there well or you will BANG every shift.
