Post Clutch Master Cylinder Feed Hose

To remove that hose, twist it whilst holding the hose where the reservoir's barb goes into the upper end of the hose, DO NOT yank it ! .

Before touching this job I'd buy a new hose even if the old one isn't weeping ~ I bet the end of it shows cracks now .
