95 e300 diesel cruise control woes

I did some searching and could not quite find my answer...any ideas on what i should do or check first on my cruise control being inop? i do a ton of freeway driving and really want my cruise. Thx in advanced Joe Exotic

It is most likely the cruise control amp that is located under the drivers side under dash panel.

What MB said. There is a rebuilder for these units out there somewhere.

Mine works after the car warms up awhile. Has been that way for the last 8 years I've owned it.

firstly remove the intake crossover tube and look at the cruise control motor that is behind the injection pump, The small plastic linkage arm that moves the injection pump breaks and your cruise control never works.
