there are three slots for those 2 fuses under the hood....(see photo)
X X represents 1 fuse- and _ _ _ represents available slots looks like this: _ _ _ if you have the fuse like this- X X _ no current w/ key off _ _ _ if you have the fuse like this- _ X X you get 12v w/ key off..... so your fuse panel looks like if you have them set to get 12 v all the time. yes, 2005 cdi....both front and rear outlets are now live all the time. fuse box under the hood #53 and 54 (i think)....all the way back toward the windshield
