I sprayed WD-40 on the Trailing Arm Bushings and the Sub Frame Bushings just before installed them.

thanks for the response, yes I plan on dropping the entire sub frame after disconnecting the drive shaft etc, but i do not plan on removing the subframe from under the car. (lets see how that goes)

i have a feeling the old bushings will just fall out as the rear of the car is sitting low and one of the wheels seems out of alignment with the rest of the car.

One subframe bushing was stuck and I eventually had to get 2 chisels and drive them between it and the subframe to loosen it.
I did not look up a thread for the subframe bushings; I used some threaded rod with Nuts and Washers and some 2x4s to press in the bushing.
