I Used an actuator part number 480009-6 Appears to work as it should.

I have not heard from ROLLGUY about an EGR delete kit, so I made my own from a freeze plug that I cut off the flange part and an exterior electrical box cover plate made from 1/8 inch steel. Freeze plug was $1.49 and the electrical plate was 49 cents. I was able to use the EGR clamp to block the exhaust manifold port.
