Used a couple of times Concerned, but worked ok both times.
Checking accounts aren't that safe really. There is free check printing software available on the internet. So almost anyone could print and write a check on your account. All is needed is a valid bank account number. We keep the majority of funds in another account that is never used to write checks. That way the account # is not made public. The other account has minimal funds transferred in to cover any autodrafts or checks written. |

I use Venmo weekly and have for years, it's a great platform and I've never had any issues.
