Question Front Wheels Alignment

Around two months ago I put a new set of tires on my 2008 Mercedes E320 Bluetec and had all wheels alignment done.
When working on the front wheels the technician showed me the message on screen of the machine saying: "Front Caster and Camber Adjustment"
A spoken message from the machine was saying that at my actual mileage 133K Mercedes Benz Cars is suggested to have those two long bolts replaced.
How important for the car is this replacement?
If not replaced what kind of issues can I have?
Thanks

They ask $150.00 labor only. They are not a MB shop.

Not ever read of any reason to replace the Bolts. If I remember correctly they do have self locking nuts. I have not read the Manual but it is likely Mercedes would say to the Nuts are one time use.

Members have said the aftermarket repayment bolts have different threads. That might be why they want the whole thing replaced. Could be the don't have a source of the original finer threaded Nuts.

On the more sinister side it could be they are looking for more work. When I tried to remove the lower lower control arm bolts they were rusted to the aluminum tube that is inside of the lower control arm bushings. It took me spending 2 hours or so each day to get the Blots Out. In my case I was changing the Lower Control Arm Bushings any way so the heat and oil and so on I used to finally get the Bolts out did not matter.

If you front tires were wore fast and badly it could be something is shot.
