Hi,

I have a 1983 Mercedes Turbo Diesel. I am trying to adjust the bowden cable but I can't seem to adjust it to pick up the slack in the cable. I was wondering if the cable has stretched or if the linkage is on wrong.

Does anyone have a photo of what it should look like?
The position of the linkage, etc...
I can't seem to find a photo online.

It is the cable with the rubber accordion looking black rubber boot on it.
