Diesel additives
My first 300D was a 1979 W123 turbo. I put 497K on it and sold it to a doctor. Everything worked/even the a/c. After using it a couple of months I started using Red Line 85. Right away I noticed that on a certain very long fairly steep hill that was on my way to work I was now able to steadily increase speed up to 65 mph. Formerly could just hold it at 45 mph. Also less smoke. Product is supposed to increase cetane level up to 5%, and remove water. On my second 300D ( '83 turbo ) I put on 478 K and sold it to my yard maintenance guy for $1,700 and it is still running. I made a very good living in outside sales of Kubota and Toro machines. I gave a case of Red Line 85 to every customer and instructions on how to use it I was in diesel machine sales from '66 to 2011. The key to success w/ my autos is regular maintenance regularly, and no slacking . Put #85 at every fill. Do not leave fuel tank half empty for long periods. ( actually my first diesel was a '79 Chevy Silverado , but that is a dark tale.) DD
