OM606 with diffrent head OM605?

Aloha Mercedes people. I have a 1995 Mercedes E300 W124. It should have the long injectors. I does not. What's up? Did a previous owner exchange the head from an OM605? I don't know, but the shorter ingectors are in it. How can this happen? Also, the injectors are kinda stuck in the head. Any suggestions on how to remove them? I also have a set of rebuilt OM606 Bosch injectors from Autohouze for sale, if anyone is intested.

Sounds like someone installed OM603 injectors in a 606… got pics?

605 injectors would be the same as 606… only difference should be missing a cylinder…
