722.117 Modulator Options 1232700679
 

I'm curious to know if there is a cross-reference Modulator that would replace 1232700679 .

This is on a 722.117 that I put behind a non turbo 617 euro 300d.

Its been acting very screwy lately. tracked it down to the vacuum cap o ring. So 0.53 $ later its better.

Seems this exact modulator is worth more than the car... :eek:

Id like to hook up a test gauge, and tweak if needed. Kinda worried about breaking it..

From some brief research. I've found one from a non diesel car. 0002700779.

These both screw in. This got me thinking, I do have a metal lathe. Wonder if I could make up a adapter to fit a standard push in, held by the little bolt style?

Just make the rod the right length, then adjust with a gauge.
