drivers door lock

The lock on the outside is stuck. I put the key in and I try to turn it and it will hardly move. It slightly goes to the left but nothin substantial. I tried WD-40 and that helped minimally. anyone have any suggestions?

Try more WD40 let it sit over night. Give it time to penetrate the locked mechanisms. Then once you get it free, replace it!

Well, for the 201 it is a DIY job. You just need to get the tumbler, obviously from mercedes because it's matched to your VIN so all the keys work every lock.
