Suspension lean w210

Hey guys. Trying to get some pointers on here where to go with this issue. My 99 e300 has a suspension lean on the passenger side. There’s about a half to an inch difference between the driver and passenger side. I can’t figure out what’s causing it.. cause I’ve replaced everything!!!

Upper and low control arms with high quality German parts
New ball joints
Newer front shocks
New front springs
New front coil spring isolators matching the original part number
New rear springs
New sway bar bushings and links

Rear shocks haven’t been replaced, but pass the bounce test like new shocks would. Control arms are original in the rear as well with the rest of the rear suspension.

It drives straight down the road.

Between a lean, and a popping sound when turning or hitting bumps this suspension is driving me insane.

AS well, the spring perches are all intact this car has no hidden rust or anything of the like. It is VERY clean..

I dont see strut mounts on the list? Theoretically they can cause a tilt.

Also were the arm bushes tightened with the car on the ground? Tightening up in the air can cause the car to sit higher.

The spring perches, you mention they are intact but have you peeled back the mastic ?.
I ask this because the mastic hides the perch slowly breaking away.
I replaced both perches on a w210 I owned years ago by riveting (5mm stainless rivets /16 per side) as one spring rolled out one morning as I went to drive off and the other appeared ok until I scraped and chiselled the mastic coating off but the base of it was about half an inch lifted off … the mastic coating has some stretch and hides this.
Once you have ever had to do the job of replacing the perch .. its not hard but you need the car high enough in air so you can lever the lower arm down with a long bar to get the compressed spring back in… car not high enough then the bar hits the floor and you struggle with the spring (bomb waiting to go off) sitting on the bar trying to get it all back together.
I can look at a w210 for sale and if it has that lowered look at the front then its the perches going home.

Jake- u drive that e300td in the Philly winters? No issues?

Do you use any diesel fuel additives?

I notice a little sway in my car taking higher speed curves- u think it is sway links?
